Tom Watkins

Our services are provided online world-wide, and in-person within New Zealand.

EncourageMentors is based in New Zealand. Owner-Director Tom Watkins is based in Christchurch. He visits West Coast USA annually and is available for in-person work there by arrangement.

Although we specialise in on-line mentoring augmented by telephone discussions, guidebooks and workbooks, our services include facilitation, experiential skills-training programmes, face-to-face mentoring and other forms of in-person support wherever possible.

We customise our services to your circumstances, your timing, budget, availability, developmental needs and personal aspirations.
