Self Management

Clarify perceptions with online surveys

Self-management concerns present themselves in an infinite variety of issues, for which prepared surveys are not always relevant. Select and talk with a Mentor to discuss the possibility of a survey specially-tailored to your needs. Confidentiality, speed and simplicity are guaranteed.

However, if the issues are connected with work-related matters where others may have a valid perception of your practices, we recommend this survey tool:

Personal Organisation, Self-Management and Planning:
A 20-item survey addressing these three areas. Items are rated on a six-point scale.

Where the issues include relationship challenges, interpersonal conflict, or self-confidence around others, we recommend this survey:

Constructive Interpersonal Practices:
A 25-item survey addressing issues of self-initiative, self-expression, integrity, listening, giving and receiving feedback, conflict resolution and relationship maintenance. Items rated on a six-point scale.

  • Both are quick, simple and safe tools which help define issues and ideals, and locate start-points for development.

  • You may complete a self-assessment option (we usually advise this as a first step) or also involve other people (minimum of six people in a 360° or narrower focus) whom you consider qualified to give you useful, relevant or interesting perspectives. We will help guide you to the best approach.

  • Both surveys are first personalised for your use and accessed online through an emailed URL.

  • All survey respondents complete the survey online and anonymously by a nominated return date.

  • The results (your own separated from others') are returned to you by emailed URL. We offer you support with survey interpretation and action-planning for change.
