Get mentoring support online or in person

You can enhance any of the other options we offer, with mentoring support. The process usually begins with a discussion about the suitability of our services and leads to an individually-tailored mentoring support strategy.

Whether you choose in-person or online mentoring, the processes are similar. It's like having a conversation at your own convenience and pace with someone who listens well, takes a lot of interest in what you have to say, asks penetrating questions and offers you useful frameworks, guidelines or maps-of-the-territory. Mentoring is an excellent way of scheduling and keeping appointments with yourself, to ask of your recent experiences, What . . ? So what . . ? Now what . . ?

It's difficult to see the complete picture when you're inside the frame. Sometimes, the hardest thing to do is to choose what really matters. Mentoring provides increased objectivity, enhanced self-perception, clearer insights, self-understanding, and sound frameworks for methodical self-development.

The most efficient way to use mentoring is to incorporate it within normal planning and routine maintenance as many clients do. Regular mentoring minimises gaps between your ideals and your current reality. It saves time, effort and heartache.
