Clarify perceptions with online surveys

We have no prepared surveys for this topic, preferring instead to design simple instruments specific to client situations and needs.

Wherever we have applied these, they have tapped a degree of decision-making inefficiency (and sometimes discomfort) that has surprised the participants: gaps between assumptions and reality have been marked, differences in perception very wide, fitness for purpose un-reached. In most cases, simple adjustments have made very significant and long-lasting improvements.
